Stella Lefty’s “Boston” commands overwhelming trader consensus for the #2 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 dated September 5 because of its sustained multi-metric strength. The country-pop crossover, which interpolates Noah Kahan’s “Stick Season,” continues to post robust streaming totals and airplay gains at both country and pop formats following its peak at No. 3. Momentum from Lefty’s recent full-length album *Long Way Home* (released August 21) and consistent fan engagement have kept the track in the upper tier even as Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” dominates No. 1. An upset would require a sharp, unexpected surge in combined streams, sales, or radio from one of the listed competitors—such as new Taylor Swift or Morgan Wallen material—before the tracking week closes, a scenario traders currently view as improbable given “Boston”’s established trajectory.
