Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological sources indicate Beijing's overnight minimum on August 26 will likely settle near 20–21°C amid persistent cloud cover, high humidity near 80%, and light showers or drizzle that limit radiative cooling. Light variable winds and a lack of clear skies or stronger northerly flow prevent sharper drops, aligning with the historical August average low of roughly 20°C. The tight 51%–49.5% split between 21°C and 20°C reflects model consensus on these moderating factors, while probabilities for 19°C or below remain low absent a stronger frontal passage or clearer conditions. Updated observations through the night will refine the final recorded minimum.
