Flavio Bolsonaro leads trader consensus for first place in the Federal District first round at 81.5% implied probability, reflecting the capital region's consistent preference for candidates tied to the former president's movement amid Brazil's polarized 2026 contest. National polls show a tighter race between President Lula and Flávio, yet local dynamics favor the PL senator, whose candidacy carries the family endorsement after Jair Bolsonaro's ineligibility. Lula trails at 11% in the market, consistent with historically weaker PT performance in the Distrito Federal. The October 4 first-round vote remains the key upcoming catalyst, with other listed candidates holding far lower odds due to limited regional traction.
