**PL leads trader consensus for the largest share of seats in Brazil’s 513-member Chamber of Deputies, followed closely by the UPB federation, with all other parties priced near zero.** PL’s advantage reflects its strong state-level organization, alignment with right-wing voter mobilization behind presidential candidate Flávio Bolsonaro, and proven performance in proportional representation contests. UPB—formed by the merger of União Brasil and Progressistas—draws on its sizable existing bench, extensive mayoral and gubernatorial networks, and center-right positioning that appeals to centrist voters and tactical alliances. The October 4 vote occurs amid a tight presidential race that has sharpened partisan turnout expectations, while party federations and state-level coalitions shape seat allocation under Brazil’s open-list system. No major shifts in legislative-specific polling have emerged since campaigns officially began in mid-August, leaving current pricing anchored in these structural and alliance dynamics.
