Recent mid-August polling from institutes such as Real Time Big Data shows Delegado André David (Republicanos) holding a narrow lead in first-round Senate voting intentions in Sergipe at around 17%, with André Moura (União Brasil) and Eduardo Amorim close behind amid a crowded field exceeding two dozen candidates. High shares of undecided voters and blank or null ballots compress the race, anchoring trader consensus near 50% for David while sustaining comparable pricing for several others. The dual-seat structure and fragmented support across parties like PT, MDB, and PDT limit clear separation, with momentum hinging on upcoming campaign developments or additional surveys before the October 4 vote.
