**Chiefs' talent advantage and Patrick Mahomes' return from ACL surgery anchor the 57% implied probability they capture the season series.** The two-time defending division champions, coming off a 6-11 campaign, added Kenneth Walker III to bolster the run game, reinstated Eric Bieniemy as offensive coordinator, and refreshed the secondary and defensive front after losing key contributors. Mahomes has progressed through training camp without major setbacks and is expected to start the opener, though early mobility questions persist. Las Vegas, mired in rebuild mode after another losing season, relies on developing rookie quarterback Fernando Mendoza amid camp injuries including running back Ashton Jeanty's ankle issue. Traders price a Raiders sweep as unlikely given the matchup disparity, while a split remains plausible in this divisional pairing.
