The Bengals-Browns season series sits in a tight race between a tie and a Cincinnati sweep because the Bengals enter 2026 as the clear division favorite with a healthy Joe Burrow, an upgraded offensive line, and defensive reinforcements, while the Browns are in full rebuild mode after trading Myles Garrett and installing new head coach Todd Monken. Cleveland’s quarterback situation remains unsettled with Deshaun Watson as the nominal starter amid ongoing questions about his form, leaving the team projected for one of the league’s lowest win totals. The two divisional matchups—Week 13 in Cleveland and Week 18 in Cincinnati—feature a wide talent gap that makes a Browns sweep improbable yet leaves room for a split if the Bengals suffer typical late-season variance or injuries. Trader pricing reflects this competitive imbalance rather than any single recent development.
