**AS leads trader expectations for the most seats in Latvia’s October 3 Saeima election, followed by SV and LPV, reflecting recent polling trends and campaign dynamics.** United List (AS), currently part of the governing coalition under Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs, has posted the strongest recent survey numbers, often in the high teens, aided by visibility from the May government formation after the prior coalition collapsed. SV (Sovereign Power alliance) and LPV (Latvia First) trail as populist challengers with double-digit support in multiple SKDS and other polls, drawing backing on sovereignty, tax, and regional issues. PRO, NA, and JV register lower single-digit to low-teen figures, while smaller lists remain marginal. High undecided shares and ongoing candidate list activity keep the race fluid six weeks out, though AS maintains the clearest path to plurality under the 5% threshold rules.
