Drake's sustained streaming dominance throughout 2026, anchored by the ICEMAN album's long-tail performance and his catalog's algorithmic strength on YouTube, has locked in market consensus around a 12-12.5 million peak daily view count for the August 17-23 window. Traders see this range as the realistic ceiling given steady catalog engagement, promotional activity around existing tracks, and the absence of a fresh single or video drop capable of driving a sharper spike. Historical patterns show Drake regularly clearing 10 million-plus daily views during quiet periods, but rarely exceeding that without a major campaign catalyst. An upset into the 13 million-plus buckets would require an unforeseen viral moment, surprise release, or external boost like a high-profile feature or controversy that accelerates shares and recommendations beyond his baseline momentum.
