This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed fighter becomes champion of any UFC division between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. Only official UFC division champions will count. Interim champions will not count. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the UFC (https://www.ufc.com/athletes); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Multiple divisions feature recently crowned or defending champions following a series of title changes and upsets through mid-2026. Tom Aspinall holds the undisputed heavyweight belt while Ciryl Gane owns the interim strap after his June stoppage of Alex Pereira; Justin Gaethje claimed lightweight gold by corner stoppage of Ilia Topuria the same month; Sean Strickland captured middleweight via split decision over Khamzat Chimaev in May; Carlos Ulberg took light heavyweight in April; and Islam Makhachev continues his welterweight reign with a recent unanimous decision defense.
