Maxx Crosby’s dominant 95% implied probability of remaining with the Las Vegas Raiders stems from his March 2025 three-year, $106.5 million extension that runs through 2029 with substantial guarantees, plus his public reaffirmation of loyalty after an offseason trade to the Baltimore Ravens collapsed over knee medical concerns. Raiders officials, including GM John Spytek and coach Klint Kubiak, have stated expectations that the edge rusher will stay and lead the defense in 2026, while Crosby has described himself as committed to the organization following training camp. Speculation around the Dallas Cowboys and others reflects earlier trade interest that has cooled, with owner Jerry Jones indicating little appetite to revisit. Realistic shifts could occur only if the Raiders post another poor record and receive a premium offer of multiple first-round picks before the trade deadline, though current roster plans and Crosby’s health updates point against an imminent move.
