This market will resolve according to the result of the season series between the Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Chargers during the 2026-27 NFL regular season. If the Denver Broncos win the season series, this market will resolve to “Broncos”. If the Los Angeles Chargers win the season series, this market will resolve to “Chargers”. If the Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Chargers tie the season series, this market will resolve to “tie”. If any scheduled game between the listed teams during the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, not completed, or otherwise does not produce an official result — including due to a shortened, truncated, or early-ended season — the season series will be determined solely using official results of completed games. If the season is cancelled, no games between the teams are completed, or the result of the season series cannot otherwise be confirmed by January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the NFL, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used. The AFC West's projected parity—driven by similar 9-10 win expectations for the defending champion Broncos, Chargers, and Chiefs—positions a split of the two regular-season matchups as the clear market favorite. Both clubs enter 2026 with overlapping strengths in defense and quarterback play under Sean Payton and Jim Harbaugh, respectively, while facing comparable challenges on offense and schedule difficulty that limit decisive edges. Recent preseason developments, including Chargers offensive-line injury concerns around Tyler Biadasz and Rashawn Slater plus Mike McDaniel's new scheme integration with Justin Herbert, have not shifted the balance enough to favor one side sweeping. Trader consensus reflects this tight matchup dynamic, with the wisdom of crowds assigning only modest implied probabilities to an outright series win by either team.
