Jack Smith and Danny van Trijp enter their MODUS Super Series encounter with closely matched recent form in the ongoing group stage, where both players sit near .500 records amid a field featuring established names like John Henderson and Steve Beaton. Van Trijp brings greater PDC pedigree, including Challenge Tour titles, a nine-darter, and peak averages above 120 in prior weeks, while Smith has demonstrated steady checkout percentages and leg wins against comparable opposition. Head-to-head splits and averages in recent sessions remain tight, with neither holding a clear stylistic edge on the oche. Late adjustments to starting XI equivalents or momentum swings in short formats could readily shift implied probabilities in this balanced darts matchup.
