**Liga MX’s 2026-27 campaign opens with broad parity across the 18-team field, reflected in the bunched probabilities for largest goal differential.** Early Apertura form shows Club América leading the table at +8 after five matches on the back of the league’s stingiest defense (two goals conceded), while Toluca, Atlas, and Guadalajara sit in the top four with modest positive differentials. Cruz Azul, the defending champion, sits mid-table with a negative mark so far, yet traders price it highest, citing roster continuity and recent title pedigree. Chivas and América follow closely, supported by strong opening results and targeted additions such as Miguel Borja. Multiple clubs cluster between 10% and 15% because Liga MX rarely features runaway offensive or defensive units; fixture congestion across Apertura and Clausura, plus frequent roster flux, keeps goal-difference outcomes tightly contested and sensitive to small swings in form or injuries.
