This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club finishes in the top 2 (positions 1 through 2) of the final standings of the 2026-27 LALIGA season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish in the top 2 of the 2026-27 LALIGA season (e.g., they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), this market will resolve to "No". In the event of a tie for the final top-2 position, this market will resolve based on the clubs officially recognized by LALIGA as finishing in the top 2 of the final standings. If the 2026-27 LALIGA season is cancelled, postponed after June 13, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there are otherwise no final standings declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be official information from LALIGA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Barcelona enter the 2026-27 La Liga campaign as clear frontrunners to secure a third straight title after winning the prior season by eight points under Hansi Flick, bolstered by the high-profile addition of Rodri from Manchester City alongside Anthony Gordon and Karim Adeyemi. Real Madrid, the primary challenger, have undergone a major rebuild under returning manager Jose Mourinho with signings including Yan Diomande, Bernardo Silva, Ibrahima Konate, Marc Cucurella, and Denzel Dumfries to address defensive and midfield gaps. Early-season results show both sides among the points leaders alongside Atletico Madrid, while the transfer window's closure and any late moves for a Barcelona striker could further shape squad depth. The two clubs' superior resources, recent form, and historical dominance position them as the overwhelming consensus for the top two spots.
