The 2026-27 Süper Lig runner-up market shows tightly clustered implied probabilities near 49% across a broad field because the title race itself remains wide open after the opening matchday, leaving second place dependent on which of the big clubs falters. Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe, the clear title favorites with star-studded squads and major summer reinforcements, are expected to occupy the top two spots, yet early results including Fenerbahçe’s surprise loss and Galatasaray’s hard-fought draw have kept outcomes fluid. Beşiktaş, Trabzonspor, Başakşehir, and several ambitious sides benefit from strengthened rosters and the new foreign-player rules, while promoted teams add further variance. This setup produces competitive dynamics where any slip by the leaders or strong run by the chasing pack can shift the hierarchy quickly.
