This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Brazil Série A for the 2026 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Brazil Série A for the 2026 season per the rules of Brazil Série A (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Brazil Série A; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026 Brasileirão remains wide open for second place after 24 rounds, with Palmeiras (51 points) pulling clear at the top while Flamengo (45 from 23 games), Athletico Paranaense (44), Fluminense (41), and a cluster of clubs from Cruzeiro downward sit within striking distance. Fourteen matchweeks remain, and recent results underscore volatility: Chapecoense’s rare 1-0 win over São Paulo, Flamengo’s game in hand, and mid-table sides like Bahia, Bragantino, and Corinthians posting mixed but competitive form. Squad depth, fixture congestion from continental commitments, and the absence of a dominant challenger have kept implied probabilities tightly grouped, as traders price in realistic paths for multiple teams to surge or fade on the long run-in.
