The 2026-27 Süper Lig title race, which determines the primary 2027-28 UEFA Champions League qualifier via league position and Turkey’s strong UEFA coefficient ranking (currently 9th with projected top-10 security), centers on Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe after the former’s 2025-26 championship. Early-season form shows Gençlerbirliği atop the table after two wins, while Galatasaray sits second with strong goal difference; Fenerbahçe sits eighth after mixed results. Key variables include Trabzonspor’s addition of Mohamed Salah boosting their outsider prospects, squad investments across the traditional powers, and the winter transfer window’s impact on depth. Historical patterns favor the Istanbul giants in a long campaign, though upsets remain common in a competitive 18-team field.

Resolution is based on the competition to which the listed team is allocated by the final 2026-27 Süper Lig standings, the 2026-27 domestic cup results, and the 2026-27 UEFA competition winners. A place obtained by playing and advancing through the UEFA qualifying rounds held after the domestic season does not count, and movement between competitions caused by those qualifying rounds has no bearing on resolution.
Once it becomes mathematically impossible for the listed team to earn a 2027-28 UEFA Champions League place by these routes, the associated market will immediately resolve to "No".
If the 2026-27 Süper Lig season is cancelled or postponed past May 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET such that the 2027-28 UEFA Champions League places cannot be determined, this market will resolve to "No".
The resolution source for this market will be official information from UEFA and/or the Süper Lig; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
