Oleksandr Gomilko and Oleksandr Melashenko have contested over 65 Setka Cup encounters, with Melashenko holding a narrow all-time edge around 37–28. Recent results remain tightly contested, including Melashenko’s 3-1 wins on August 14 and 21, 2026, offset by Gomilko’s 3-2 victory on August 7 and another split decision on August 1. Both players frequently push matches to four or five sets, with totals often hovering near or above 74.5 points amid consistent deuce play. Gomilko’s experience as the older competitor (born 1979) balances Melashenko’s youth (born 1996) and comparable recent win rates in the circuit. Minor form swings, set-specific momentum, or fatigue from back-to-back nights could shift implied probabilities in either direction during future Setka Cup meetings.
