Aalesund has two victories amid a high number of draws but trails with a -14 goal difference, while Kristiansund's results have been erratic despite occasional points. The remaining 13 matchweeks, including key fixtures against stronger sides like Viking and Bodø/Glimt, leave limited margin for recovery, though mid-table clusters around Sandefjord and KFUM keep the lower table fluid.
