This market will resolve according to the winner of the 2026 SEC Football Championship Game, determining the champion of the Southeastern Conference for the 2026 college football season, currently scheduled for December 5, 2026. If this championship is postponed after December 19, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other." If multiple teams are declared co-champions, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the Southeastern Conference (https://www.secsports.com); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Preseason projections position Georgia and Texas as the leading contenders for the 2026 SEC title, driven by Georgia's sustained program strength under Kirby Smart and Texas's elite talent including quarterback Arch Manning. Multiple teams maintain realistic paths forward, however, with LSU, Alabama, and Oklahoma benefiting from strong rosters, recent portal additions, and favorable schedules that keep implied probabilities closely bunched. The conference's overall depth, where several squads project for 8-plus wins, sustains tight trader pricing across the top group rather than consolidating behind one clear favorite.
