Kimi Antonelli holds a commanding 242-point lead in the 2026 F1 Drivers’ Championship after the Dutch Grand Prix, 59 points clear of George Russell and Lewis Hamilton. The Mercedes driver’s six victories, multiple poles, and consistent podium finishes through the season’s first half underpin traders’ 74.9% implied probability. Mercedes’ strong package and Antonelli’s pace advantage over teammate Russell have limited errors and maximized results. Lando Norris (159 points) closed ground with a Dutch GP win and recent form, but McLaren’s pace gap keeps his odds at 9.2%. Hamilton and Russell remain mathematically alive yet face a steep points deficit with roughly half the calendar remaining, while Verstappen, Piastri, and Leclerc trail further amid inconsistent results. The market reflects Antonelli’s substantial buffer alongside the remaining schedule’s potential for shifts.
