ALKA enters the CCT South America Series 5 group-stage BO3 against pugdesonesto with clear momentum and a strong recent record. The Brazilian squad, featuring bnc, puni, proSHOW, vinaabEAST, and cerolzin, sits near world rank 121 and has posted multiple series wins in August, including 2-1 over QUINTESSÊNCIA and 2-0 victories over paiN Academy. They also defeated pugdesonesto 2-0 in the CCT Challengers #2 playoffs on August 13. pugdesonesto has shown inconsistent results and lower map win rates, with limited roster visibility and recent setbacks in regional events. ALKA’s superior form, head-to-head edge, and deeper experience in South American competition shape trader consensus around a heavy favorite outcome, though map veto dynamics and individual performances in a best-of-three can still produce variance.
