Aleksandre Bakshi holds the clear edge in this M15 Hurghada 6 hard-court matchup, reflected in his higher ranking near 700 compared to Dmitry Bessonov’s position outside 1400. The 29-year-old Georgian brings greater experience and a stronger career hard-court record, while the 20-year-old Russian has posted just a 2-7 mark in 2026. Bakshi has advanced through the early rounds in Hurghada with straight-sets victories, including a three-set win over Vansh Bisht on August 26. Bessonov’s recent results include a solid 6-2 6-2 win the same day but remain inconsistent overall. Their lone prior meeting on hard courts ended with Bessonov prevailing in Doha 2024 before Bakshi retired. Market pricing aligns with Bakshi as the consensus favorite based on ranking differential, age/experience gap, and current form in the event.
