Kodex Esports and 30yo talents enter this FRAG Midwest St. Louis Group A opening match as evenly matched lower-tier NA Counter-Strike 2 squads in a best-of-one format that amplifies variance. Both rosters lack extensive public recent results or standout LAN pedigree at this level, leaving traders reliant on limited scouting and practice signals rather than proven head-to-head or ranking data. The C-tier event's group stage structure, with double-elimination follow-ups in best-of-three, further supports the 50% implied probability by rewarding adaptability over consistency. Potential shifts could stem from confirmed roster stability, individual player map form on common pools like Mirage or Inferno, or any pre-match adjustments, while upsets remain plausible given the unpredictable nature of short-series amateur play.

In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
